Teens 13-17 This teen fitness program is designed to teach youth the fundamentals of fitness using body weight exercises. We will focus on strength, cardio, and flexibility with an emphasis on safety and proper exercise technique.
Adults 18+ This ladies fitness class combines fitness and pilates to build strength, flexibility and mobility using different body weight exercises. The class will have options for all levels, and no past experience is necessary. You can expect to leave this class feeling energized, refreshed and relaxed!
